Treatment Services

  • We offer a diverse range of treatments, including Relaxing Thai Hot Oil massages, Traditional Thai Deep Tissue massages, Korean Facials and Hydrafacials, Korean Facial Massage and Combination Treatments.   • We offer pregnancy massage treatments specifically designed for the well-being of expectant mothers. These treatments are available to prenatal women in their 2nd trimester (12 weeks onward), breastfeeding mothers in the postpartum period and those 6 months post-C-section.

    Before scheduling an appointment with us for a pregnancy massage, it is essential to consult and obtain consent from your midwife or healthcare assistant. Your safety and comfort during the treatment are of utmost importance to us, and this consultation helps ensure that the massage is appropriate and beneficial for your unique circumstances.   • Our Korean Facials, Hydrafacials, and Korean Face Sculpting Massage are not pregnancy safe.

    However, our Signature Korean Glass Skin Facial and Korean Face Sculpting Massage are safe for breastfeeding mothers.

  • We provide detailed information and descriptions of each treatment on our website to help you make the best choice. For facials, hydrafacials, and face massages, we also offer supporting videos to guide you. We recommend watching these videos alongside reading all the steps included in each treatment to determine the most suitable option for your needs.

    When booking your treatment through our online booking system, you will be required to complete a mandatory consultation form. This allows your therapist to tailor the treatment to your specific needs, including your skin type, concerns, allergies, sensitivities (for facials), or body issues (for massages).

  • While most sessions typically begin with a minimum duration of 45 minutes, please note that the length of your session may vary based on the specific treatment you choose.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide a facial and a massage on the same day, as our estheticians and masseuses work on different schedules. You would need to book these treatments on separate days.

  • You can easily book an appointment with us through our page on Acuity, a seamless online booking system. As our booking system updates LIVE, it is the best way to view our calendar, choose a time and date that suits you and place your required deposit.

  • For any inquiries about your appointment, please email info@seoulthaitherapy.com, and a member of our team will get back to you during our response hours:

    • Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM, 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

    • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    If you need to contact your therapist directly about your appointment (e.g., running late), their name and phone number are included in your booking confirmation and reminder emails.

    Please note that all other inquiries must be made via email. Therapist contact information is provided exclusively to clients with confirmed bookings and is intended for same-day appointment communication only.

  • No, at present, we do not accommodate walk-in appointments. Our services are exclusively available through pre-scheduled appointments to guarantee each client receives personalised and timely attention.

  • Our team is dedicated to tailoring each treatment to meet your individual needs. Payment & Deposits

  • We offer flexible payment options to cater to your preferences. For bookings made online via Acuity, our integrated system requires a 70% deposit at the time of booking.

    Simply enter your valid card details during the booking process, and the system will automatically process the deposit. Your convenience and security are our priorities, ensuring a smooth transaction for your booking.

  • We require deposits for appointments to ensure a commitment to the scheduled time slot. This practice helps us manage our schedule efficiently and minimises the impact of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, allowing us to provide a reliable and timely service to all our clients.

    How our deposits work:

    Example - if your treatment costs £80, and you have placed your 70% deposit of £60, the remaining amount left to pay on the day of your treatment will be £20. Please note that the deposit is not an additional charge on top of your treatment price; rather, it is deducted from the total cost, ensuring a straightforward and transparent transaction process.

Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

  • Refund and Rescheduling Policy:

    For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you booked online via Acuity, you can cancel directly on the platform or via your email receipt.

    For reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance, we will move your deposit to your new appointment to avoid re-booking fees. If you booked online via Acuity, you can reschedule directly on the platform or via your email receipt.

    If you need assistance to perform the above, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we'll cancel/ reschedule on your behalf.

    Important Note:

    • If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be kept as as late cancellation/reschedule fee.

  • Failure to provide a 24-hour notice for cancellation/ re-scheduling will result in your deposit being retained as compensation, and you will be marked as a no-show in our system. No exceptions can be made, under any circumstance.

  • If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate your treatment within the remaining available time. However, we cannot extend your booking time.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be retained as compensation. No exceptions can be made, under any circumstance.

    Please inform your therapist as soon as possible if you are running late. You can find their contract information (name & number ) in your confirmation and reminder emails.

Transport & Location

  • To reach us by car, simply search "Seoul Thai Therapy" on Google Maps and follow the directions.

    Our building is located at 49 Calthorpe Rd, opposite Kat & Co and next to Davisons Law.

    Look for a greenery garden court with a stone engraved with "Quadrant Court." Our glass building is directly behind it. Follow the footpath to our building entrance.

    For visual reference, please visit the "Location" section on our website and check the pictures and video guidance to our building’s front & back door entrances. We strongly recommend you watch these videos ahead of your appointment to be fully prepared for your visit.

  • We are conveniently located near several public transport options.

    • The nearest tram stop is Edgbaston Village Tram (next to Morrisons on Hagley Rd), just a short 7-minute walk from our building.

    • The nearest train station is Five Ways, only a 10-minute walk away.

    • There is a bus stop along Calthorpe Road, just a minute's stroll from our front entrance.

  • Yes, there is free roadside parking normally available on Calthorpe Rd and Greenfield Crescent. Additionally, there are pay and display car parks around our area.

    Please note that we do not accept responsibility or liability for client travel and client parking.

    It is the client’s responsibility to arrange their own parking. We recommend you plan your journey accordingly to allow sufficient time to find a parking space and ensure a timely arrival for your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to our booking policies.

  • The terms "medical-grade" and "cosmeceutical" are unregulated in the cosmetics industry and are not accepted by law through EU cosmetic regulation and the FDA for the USA. Legally, skincare products can only be categorised as "cosmetics" or "drugs." No cosmetic product can be classified as having therapeutic or drug-like physiological effects on the skin, and hence, cannot be classified as medical grade or cosmeceutical.
